Angel Food Pineapple Orange Muffins

Muffin batter prepared from angel food cake mix, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges and oranges zest. Muffins baked until tops are golden brown.

Ingredients -
1 box Fat Free Angel Food Cake Mix
1 (14 ounces) can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1 (10 ounces) can Mandarin Oranges in Juice, drain juice
zest of 1 Orange
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line muffin pans with 24 paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Combine first three ingredients and mix well. Blend rind in at the end.

4. Fill muffin cups approximately 3/4 full.

5. Bake approximately 15 minutes.
