Banana Ginger Muffins

   
  Ingredients -
   
  Mix together:
1/3 cup Cooking Oil
1/4 cup Molasses
1 Egg
1 cup mashed Bananas

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup White Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Wheat Germ
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

   
  Preparation:
   
  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour muffin pans. Sift dry ingredients together and place in large bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared muffin pans. Bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
