Butter Pecan Muffins

   
  Ingredients -
   
  1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1 cup chopped Pecans
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
   
  Preparation:
   
 

Combine flour, pecans and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; set aside.

Mix together egg, milk, butter and vanilla; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 10 muffins.
