Fresh Blackberry Muffins

   
  Ingredients -
   
  1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
1-1/4 cups Sugar
2 large Eggs at room temperature
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2-teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Fresh Blackberries
4 teaspoons Sugar
   
  Preparation:
   
 

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 18 muffin cups. Using electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs and beat well.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into small bowl. Mix dry ingredients into butter mixture alternately with milk. Fold in berries. Pour into muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
