Ingredients -
1-1/2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Ground Popped Corn
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons melted Shortening
1 cup Milk
1 Egg, well beaten
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, popped corn, egg, and shortening.
3. Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
4. Bake in hot oven for 25 minutes.
