4 Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 (15-16 ounces) can Pumpkin
3/4 cup Oil
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
3 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, and yogurt until smooth. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill lined muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 17 minutes.
