Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Holiday muffin can be enjoyed year round. Simple batter prepared from eggs, white sugar, pumpkin, vegetable oil, plain yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips. Batter is baked in hot oven until muffins are round and golden brown.

Ingredients -
4 Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 (15-16 ounces) can Pumpkin
3/4 cup Oil
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
3 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
 
Preparation:

1. Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, and yogurt until smooth.

2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Fill lined muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 17 minutes.
