Muffin Making Tips -
Preparing Your Muffin Pan

Pleated cupcake liners work very well to keep muffins from sticking to the sides of muffin tins. Neutral flavored cooking spray is another way to grease pans as is spreading melted unsalted butter or margarine, or vegetable oil with a paper towel or pastry brush.

Muffin Making Tips -
Rubber Spatula

A rubber spatula is a great tool for folding wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Gently fold the wet into the dry with the spatula, scraping the sides of the bowl as you work around it in a circular fashion.
